Films for 2016

Anyone who knows me knows I'm a huge film fan. This year is teeming with incredible new releases, and these are the ones I am most excited for!
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them
As I've said previously, I am the ultimate Harry Potter fangirl. I read the Philosopher's Stone aged 5, and now nearly 17 years later I'm still being treated to the wondrous world JK created. To say I'm apprehensive about this film would be an understatement, but I have full faith that Jo's kept everything magical.
Suicide Squad
Of what seems like the hundreds of superhero films coming out this year, I'm certainly most psyched for Suicide Squad. The new trailer looks amazing, and I cannot wait to see Margot as Harley Quinn.
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies
When I first heard of this book adaptation, the Austen fan within me wept. But now I've had a little sit down with myself and can see this for what it is: just a super fun action film with great frocks.
Captain America: Civil War
If we're meant to pick a side, we all know we're going to go with Steve. But that doesn't mean I'm not INSANELY excited for the showdown we've been waiting for.
Deadpool
Since this film has been announced, I've known that I would be at the first showing, estatic teenager in tow. Deadpool is one of Chester's favourite supers, and even I've snort-laughed (yes, I snort when I laugh too hard) my way through every trailer.
London Has Fallen
The opening thirty minutes of Olympus Has Fallen was nothing short of legendary, so I cannot wait to see the havoc they have planned for my beloved London.
Zoolander 2
Blue Steel at the ready, folks. I love fashion, comedy and ridiculous action films, so naturally the sequel to Zoolander has my name written all over it.
Finding Dory
Finding Nemo might be one of the most played films in our house growing up, and my mother deserves a sainthood for the amount of times I've tried to just keep swimming and talk whale. A film focusing on my main girl Dory is just what the child in me needs.
Patient Zero
So very little has been released regarding Patient Zero at the current time. But as I know my Queen Dormer and the wonderful Matt Smith will be starring, I know I won't be missing this contagion thriller.
How to be Single
I'm a girls girl, so rom-coms are always my thing. But a rom-com focusing on avoiding rom and pursuing com sounds utterly fab to me. Plus it features the forever hysterical Rebel Wilson, with a couple of my fave acting babes in the way of Leslie Mann and Alison Brie.

Phew! That feels like a hell of a list, but in reality I've barely scratched the surface of this years releases. It's definitely going to be a year for the movies. Let me know what you cannot wait to see in the comments below!
